1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange

Your complete delight is our foremost priority. If the size does not fit or if the garment does not meet your personal expectations, you may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel.

2. Exchange Conditions

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition.
• All original Aveline designer tags and security ribbons must remain intact.
• The original packaging box and dust bags must be returned along with the piece.

3. Defect or Incorrect Item

In the rare event that an item is received with a manufacturing flaw or incorrect specification, Aveline will replace the item with zero additional courier charges. Simply contact our concierge immediately at +880 1700-000000 or on WhatsApp.
